3. Bookings & Payments

Full payment must be made at the time of booking/purchase.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Services: Once a consultation (reading, healing, or session) is completed, no refund will be issued.
Products: Returns or refunds are accepted only in case of damaged/defective items received. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations for booked services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, cancellation charges may apply.
