Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with order details once your purchase is complete.
If there is any delay in processing due to stock unavailability or other reasons, we will notify you via email/phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reliable courier and logistics partners to deliver products across India.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges may apply based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on promotional offers or minimum order value.
4. International Shipping
Currently, international shipping is not available. We serve only within India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website or tracking link provided.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will attempt to contact you.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package.
We will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
